During COVID, we have all felt more socially isolated and experienced higher levels of stress, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion. Emotional exhaustion lies at the heart of burnout - as your emotional resources are used up, your sense of well-being and capacity to care for yourself and others drops. This session will discuss the importance of accepting your own vulnerability, giving yourself permission to feel, and how to conserve and replenish your emotional resources.
